Where we are
LOCATIONRelais Piazza San Marco 1 is located in a really exclusive position: Piazza San Marco, a real open air museum where are housed some extraordinaries works of art.
Our structure gives onto Calle Larga San Marco and Mercerie. The last one is an historical street of Venice that once upon a time was full of luxory shops where Venetian merchants set out valuable materials coming from the East and precious items made with Murano glass.
Nowadays in Mercerie you can find the boutiques of the most famous griffe like Rolex, Cartier, Gucci, Krizia, Bally and Sergio Rossi.
Just few minutes away from Relais Piazza San Marco 1 there is the Grand Theatre La Fenice, brought back to its old glory after a terrible fire, the spectacular Rialto Bridge and, in Riva degli Schiavoni, the legendary Bridge of Sighs.
Relais Piazza San Marco 1 is the perfect place to start visiting Venice from its beating heart: all the most interesting sites for culture and art are close at hand, easily reachable on foot or using the public boat called “vaporetto” whose stops are really close to our building.
